Rates/Discounts and Conditions


Low season:
- Apartment: price per night 95 euro (2 pers)
- Penthouse : price per night 150 euro (2 persons)

 

High season:

  • 21 Dec - 6 Jan
  • 1 Jul - 30 Aug


- Apartment: price per night 125 euro (2 persons)
- Penthouse : price per night 175 euro (2 persons)

 

Prices are based on 2 persons per apartment or villa, additional 10,-euro per person with a max of 4 persons per apartment or 6 for the villa.

 

Additional charges
In 2009 the government of Curacao has decided to inforce a room-tax of 7% as of 1 January 2010.
All income of this tax will come to the benefit of the Curacao Tourism Board. All the rooms rented (also residential units) to visitors from outside Curacao are included in this regulation.
The room-tax will therefore be added to to your account.

Baby beds can be added upon request without additional charges
For extra cleaning services or cleaning after your stay we will charge 50, - euro for the apartment and 75, - euro for the villa.
Deposit apartments is 250, - euro and 300,- euro for the Penthouse.

 

Check in/out and length of stay
Minimum stay 7 nights
Check in: 16.00 uur
Check out: 12.00 uur.

 

Options/reservations
You can take an option on an apartment or the villa for a maximum of 10 days.
In this period the apartment will not be rented to anyone else.
After 10 days a down payment has to be made. You then receive a contract that is also your receipt. The rest of the rent has to be transferred at the latest 4 weeks before your arrival.

 

Laundry
There is a laundry machine available.
All bedrooms are supplied with the necessary linen.
Beach towels are not available.

 

Maid service.
Once a week the apartment/villa is cleaned by our maid service.

Upon request additional cleaning service possible. 50 euro Apartment / 75 euro Penthouse

 

** Utility charges
Electricity and water are very expensive in Curacao.
Rental fee includes usage of water and coocking gas.
Payment for electricity will be 0,42 euro per KWH and will be deducted from your deposit.

 

Cancellation
In case of cancellation the full rent will be charged.
We advise to take a cancellation insurance.
